As an After-Hours Logistics Coordinator, your focus will be on helping customers move their inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective way while working with our carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries. Previous logistics experience in account management and carrier relations is preferred. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with customers and carriers Responsibly manage shipments by ensuring all loads are fulfilled to expectations Monitor and report events within a load’s lifecycle to team members and customers Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments Manage carrier performance and responsibilities These shifts range starting anywhere from 3pm to 9pm. A go-getter who works well independently Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in the moment Effective communication and collaboration skills as part of a team Highly skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers Handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve service issues A strong sense of personal accountability and a winning attitude Customer service or operational experience in the transportation industry preferred Proficient in Excel for load tracking, reporting, and data accuracy Experienced using Outlook and Teams for cross‑department communication Able to manage documents, schedules, and communication through Microsoft 365 Why Forrest Logistics?
