Program Manager - Customer Success Org

Job ID:26-26732 Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Design & Launch: Support the design and launch of cross-functional programs by defining scope, milestones, team ownership, and success metrics aligned with Customer Success and broader organizational goals.
• Coordinate & Execute: Drive day-to-day program execution by organizing workstreams, maintaining operational rhythms, and keeping teams aligned, informed, and unblocked.
• Operational Excellence: Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and leverage data to keep programs on schedule while delivering measurable customer results.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align priorities, clarify expectations, and drive initiatives forward.
• Clear Communication: Deliver concise, relevant updates to stakeholders that clearly outline program status, identified risks, required decisions, and next steps.
• Decision Support: Evaluate trade-offs, prepare data-driven recommendations, and escalate key issues with context when necessary.
• Adapt & Improve: Anticipate potential challenges, adapt execution plans as needed, and continuously refine processes to enhance operational efficiency and program impact.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience: 7 years of experience supporting or leading cross-functional programs within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Program Management: Strong foundational skill set in program management, including end-to-end planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ambiguity & Structure: Proven track record of operating within ambiguous problem spaces and successfully introducing structure, clarity, and momentum.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage metrics and data to inform decision-making, track performance, and communicate progress or risks.
• Leadership & Influence: Skilled at managing up and across teams, building cross-functional trust, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to operate at a strategic level (aligning with organizational goals) while driving tactical, day-to-day execution.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting program updates and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Strong passion for driving customer success and delivering measurable impact.
