HVAC Installer Location: Jacksonville / St. Augustine, FL Company: Lickety Split AC Plumbing & Electric Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round (No Winter Layoffs) You didn’t get into HVAC to be average. What You’ll Do: Perform residential HVAC installs with an airflow-first mentality — every system tested, verified, dialed-in. Deliver clean, professional, high-quality work that you’re proud to sign your name to. Communicate clearly with customers — explain your work, educate when needed, and leave no questions behind. Handle change-outs, system upgrades, and IAQ solutions (air purification, dehumidification, zoning, etc.) Verify static pressure, airflow balancing, ductwork integrity — we don’t “slap and dash.” Represent Lickety Split’s core values on every call: We Show Up. We Find a Way. We Invest in People. We Build Prosperity. Who You Are: You have 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience (lead installer preferred). You can read static pressure, duct sizing, and airflow reports — or you’re hungry to learn. You own your installs — you don’t “get in, get out,” you get it right. You take real pride in leaving a system cleaner, tighter, and better-performing than you found it. You treat customers like family — no shortcuts, no BS. You want to be paid for what you’re worth — and you perform like it. You show up on time, ready to go, with a clean van and a clean uniform. You’re tired of working for companies that cut corners, slash hours, and leave you hanging.
