# Registered Nurse Labor and DeliveryApply: Elizabethtown, KY: Part time: Posted Today: R26107201**Summary****Job Description:****Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery****Part-Time 7p - 7a****Call Required****This position involves rotation in the Mother Baby Care unit.** The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and accountability for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.* Reviews and documents care provided, outcomes of care, and evaluations of care.* Demonstrates ability to prioritize care based on changing assessment and needs of patients.* Having ongoing communication with physicians and other departments in the hospital. **Requirements:*** Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.* Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required.* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred upon hire and required within 6 months of hire.* Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.* AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required within one year of hire.* AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring required within two years of hire.* Neonatal Resuscitation required within 90 days of hire.* Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Recent experience in specialty preferred. **Benefits:*** Tuition Assistance reimbursement program* Paid Time Off available for use upon hire* Company paid Maternity and Paternity Leave* Bereavement Leave (includes pets)* Employee Assistance Program* Retirement plans with company match### *If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!*
