Culver's of Commerce Township is seeking a friendly, motivated Morning Restaurant Opener. Shift starts at 7 a.m. and has potential for full or part time hours. Varied responsibilities to prepare the restaurant for daily opening include cleaning, food prep, machine sanitation, stocking and serving guests over the lunch rush. Reliable attendance and transportation are a must. Starting wage $13+ per hour pending completion of training and food safety training certification. Must be 18 years of age. Essential Functions

Job Summary

Has a genuine desire to provide personalized guest service to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

1. Consistently provides friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously with the ability to empathize, sympathize and educate.

2. Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.

3. Committed to teamwork demonstrating integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, team members and managers. Displays a can-do attitude that makes the difference between a great shift and an okay shift.

4. Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.

5. Reports to each shift in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions.

6. Reports to each shift on time. Is considered by peers as reliable and dependable.

7. Follows established restaurant practices and procedures.

8. Performs primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.

9. Performs any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Friendly with an engaging, outgoing personality. Ability to prep quality food, clean, sanitize machines and stock in a timely manner, comply with food safety standards and work independently. Must be able to pass ServSafe online food safety training course. Guest focused with the ability to demonstrate meaningful interaction. Sound communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, food service environment.
