Senior HR Manager

To support a growing organization, the remote Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and provide mentorship to managers, fostering leadership capability across the organization Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and change management Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices and performance management Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage people analytics for strategic decision-making Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
