You bring energy to every interaction, create structure on the floor, and inspire your team by example.**WHAT YOU’LL DO:*** Personally drive top-line store sales by leading from the front and actively selling on the floor* Support day-to-day operations, store appearance, and customer experience alongside the Store Manager and ASM* Create a high-performance selling culture by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teammates* Deliver hands-on product demos that connect emotionally and drive results* Engage with guests proactively.
