This role involves: Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering WOW or 5‑Star service. Interacting face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport. Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics. Walking the property to perform lock checks and showing units to customers. Working independently and as a team to rent spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments. Performing daily property walks, cleaning units, opening and closing doors (up to 50 lbs.), mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and maintaining landscaping, parking, and facility security to meet company guidelines. Qualifications Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market. Basic computer skills. Ability to work Saturdays. Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation. Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
