To establish a comprehensive analytics function from the ground up, the full-time Head of Analytics will build infrastructure, define data-driven decision-making processes, and implement multi-touch attribution models across various marketing channels in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a unified tracking system for acquisition attribution across all marketing channels Establish a canonical data model and real-time KPIs for business-critical metrics Direct the work of embedded analysts and build a long-term analytics team culture Required qualifications Experience building multi-touch attribution models in fintech or fast-paced digital environments Proven ability to create defensible analytics architecture from scratch Current or recent senior analytics role in a CFD, crypto, or related brokerage Experience directing analytics projects and managing stakeholder expectations effectively Strong understanding of data governance and operationalizing data definitions across teams
