Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Seeking Variable PRN coverage at multiple clinics throughout Utah (i.e. Salt Lake City, N. Salt Lake, S. Salt Lake, South Jordan, West Jordan, Clearfield, Ogden, Plymouth, Layton, Lehi, and Sandy).

Require availability of 2 or more Weekdays to help cover shifts. Facilities open M-F between 8/9am until 5/6pm depending on clinic (no nights, weekends, no on-call). Malpractice and Tail coverage provided.

We re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. The clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. No Nights! No Weekends! No Call Schedule!

• Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.

• Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.

• Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.

• Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

• Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.

• Board certification as a PA.

• DEA registration.

• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.

• Experience treating patients ages 2+.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.

• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
