Senior Move Manager – Senior Living

Full-time | Exempt

Location: Masonic Homes Kentucky – Louisville, KY

Schedule: Primarily weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends to support resident move-ins

Moving into a senior living community is one of life's biggest transitions. At Masonic Homes Kentucky, our Senior Move Manager helps make that transition seamless by guiding residents and their families through every step of the move-in process.

From coordinating vendors and managing timelines to assisting with apartment planning and move-day logistics, you'll combine project management, customer service and design expertise to create an exceptional experience for every resident.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the move-in process for Independent Living, Assisted Living and other service lines
• Develop personalized move plans that help residents transition smoothly into their new home
• Build relationships with residents and families while providing guidance throughout the move process
• Coordinate movers, decorators, estate sale companies, organizers, haulers and other preferred vendors
• Obtain vendor quotes, review project costs and coordinate approved work
• Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, vendors, sales and community leadership
• Coordinate apartment modifications and oversee projects to ensure work is completed on time and meets expectations
• Partner with community teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Utilize space planning software to assist residents with furniture layouts and apartment planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines and reports throughout the move process

What You'll Bring

• College degree preferred
• Experience in interior design, move management, project management or a related field
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
• Valid Kentucky driver's license, dependable transportation and willingness to travel within approximately 50 miles of campus
• Commitment to professionalism, hospitality and resident-centered service
