Contract | 12-Hour Day Shift | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
• Independently read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips — no telemetry technicians on unit
• Perform cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications and sedation as directed
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
• Provide post-STEMI care and related cardiac patient management

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• CPR certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2–3 years of related RN work experience required
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia (20-question) and Medication (20-question) test prior to acceptance — 85% passing score, one attempt only, no remediation or re-sit
• Epic EMR experience required
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience with post-STEMI care
• Background in hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive/sedation titration
