Forklift Operator (Multiple Shifts Available)
Shift Differentials Apply

Location : Hagerstown, Greencastle and Chambersburg

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a high‐volume warehouse operation in the South Central PA / Tri‐State area . This role involves safely operating industrial lift equipment in a fast‐paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities

Operate sit‐down, stand‐up, reach truck, or order picker equipment
Load, unload, move, and stage product throughout the warehouse
Perform material handling tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Meet productivity and quality standards

Available Shifts & Pay

Night Shift

Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  OR
Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Day Shift

Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  OR
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Shift Options (Reach Truck / Order Picker)

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM:
Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM:

Requirements

Prior forklift experience required (reach truck or order picker preferred for select shifts)
Ability to work extended shifts and weekends as scheduled
Comfortable working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Strong attention to safety and accuracy
