About the Program This is a full‑time, paid 12‑week internship designed to fast‑track your entry into a technician career. Start Date: Mid‑July 2026 (exact date to be confirmed) Phase 1: 6 weeks of paid classroom and lab training Phase 2: 6 weeks of paid, hands‑on shop experience Work alongside experienced technicians and dedicated mentors Receive Caterpillar dealer‑specific technical training Travel may be required, including 3‑4 consecutive weekdays for off‑site training during the program Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for consideration for a full‑time technician position.
