Project / Warehouse ManagerThis is an anticipated opportunity, and hiring is dependent on contract funding and customer approval. Position Overview The Project/Warehouse Manager serves as the on-site lead responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and contract operations. This position acts as the primary point of contact for Government representatives and ensures all contract requirements are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall supervision and direction to warehouse personnelPlan, manage, and execute contract operations to ensure successful performanceMonitor workload fluctuations and adjust staffing and schedules accordinglyOptimize resource utilization while minimizing overtimeImplement cost controls and quality assurance measuresEnsure all work is completed in accordance with contract requirements and deadlinesConduct inspections and spot checks to verify compliance with procedures and standardsMaintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulationsEnsure personnel are properly trained and qualifiedOversee proper use of Government logistics and warehouse management systemsSupport quality control programs, audits, and corrective actionsEnsure timely and accurate reporting to Government stakeholdersRequirements:Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) yearsActive Secret security clearance requiredKnowledge of hazardous material handling and storage proceduresExperience in inventory management and warehouse operationsValid driver's licenseU.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain installation accessBenefits:Comprehensive and Competitive Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, paid Federal holidays, health insurance, dental, vision, AD&D, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a Fidelity 401K.PRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
