DLO Phlebotomy Service Rep I

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) Location: Moore, OK Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Essential Functions: Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment Collect blood and urine specimens using approved techniques and equipment Accession patient and test information accurately into the Care 360 system Process and prepare all types of specimens for testing Obtain billing information from patients and ICD-10 diagnosis information from clients, as needed Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with internal teams, patients, and external customers Required Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of venipuncture techniques utilizing vacutainer needle...Service, Retail, Healthcare, Patient
