Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living which will include bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, transferring, and medication reminders. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Performs light housekeeping duties. Develops & maintains cooperative and therapeutic relationships with residents, families and other staff.
