Role Description This full-time, on-site Floor Manager role is based in West Hollywood, CA and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the floor. The Floor Manager ensures smooth service, monitors staffing levels, and coordinates team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting training and coaching, handling escalated customer concerns, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The Floor Manager also collaborates with leadership to implement process improvements, manage shift schedules, and ensure that safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain a positive guest experience. Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members, leadership, and customers in a clear and professional manner. Experience in Operations Management, including supervising floor activities, managing staffing, and maintaining service standards. Ability to provide Training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to improve performance and consistency. Proven leadership experience in a hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with using basic technology and point-of-sale or management systems. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
