We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for managing banquet operations and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their events. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet service, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to understand client requirements and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized banquet area.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with the team to communicate event details, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve banquet processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in banquet operations or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing and resolving guest concerns effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
