CRNALocation: Virginia Schedule: Mix of 10 hour and 12 hour day shifts. Regular hours are required. No call. Openings: 2Position Overview: Provide CRNA coverage in a hospital setting in a collaborative care team model. This role includes a broad case mix and requires comfort working with physician anesthesiologist supervision as outlined in the order details.Clinical Scope:Care team model with MD supervisionCRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1MDs may do their own cases as outlined in the order detailsCase mix includes general, orthopedics, obstetrics, and additional procedural area coverage as outlined in the order detailsNumber of anesthesia rooms: 15EMR: EpicResponsibilities include pre anesthesia assessment, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, emergence, physiologic monitoring, and clinical interventions as neededRequired Qualifications:Current license as a registered professional nurseGraduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia educationCertified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse AnesthetistsActive Virginia license required to presentAdditional Requirements:Provider must reside more than 60 miles from the worksiteCredentialing:Estimated privileging timeframe is approximately 60 daysTravel and Lodging:Travel support is available as outlined in the order detailsBenefits:Malpractice insurance coverageWeekly electronic payRefer & earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.About Us: All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
