Qualifications Current active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certificate (either is acceptable to start; both will be required eventually) Accepting SLPs with CCC, CF, as well as SLAs certified through GaPSC Experience in school settings, especially at the elementary level, is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create individualized strategies and document student progress Commitment to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Core Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students, focusing on individualized education plan (IEP) goals Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate speech/language interventions into the classroom Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and student evaluations Consistently monitor and document student progress while adjusting interventions as needed Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding communication disorders Youll enjoy the security of a long-term contract running through May 2027, consistency in your schedule with 37.5 hours per week, and the satisfaction that comes with supporting young learners' communication development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunbelt Staffing
