Support multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) pharmacies across the Baltimore area with a per diem pharmacist role offering 1-2 days per week. This position involves floating among several outpatient retail pharmacy sites, providing essential pharmaceutical services in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Locations include:

• Highlandtown: 3700 Fleet St., Baltimore, MD 21224
• Belair: 3120 Erdman Ave., Baltimore, MD 21213
• St. Agnes: 900 S. Caton Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229
• Rosedale: 9520 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale MD 21237
• Yard 56: 5525 Eastern Avenue Ste. 104, Baltimore MD 21224

Schedule:

• Per Diem, 1-2 days per week as needed
• Day shifts, Monday through Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties, including managing pharmacy technicians and providing patient counseling
• Administer vaccines and immunizations in compliance with clinical guidelines
• Float between multiple retail pharmacy locations, adapting to each site's workflow and patient needs
• Ensure adherence to hospital-level compliance and health screening protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
• Knowledge of 340B pharmacy program highly preferred
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply, as it is considered a strong asset
• Experience with ScriptPro software helpful; training is available for the right candidate
