• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs

Job Overview

Join a growing team that customizes commercial vans by installing shelving, cabinets, partitions, ladder racks, and other interior components. This is a hands-on role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with tools and building products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install shelving, cabinets, partitions, ladder racks, and related van components
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Requirements

• Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read diagrams or assembly instructions
• Basic tape measure skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to stand for entire shift and perform lifting, bending, twisting, and squatting throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
• Steel-toe boots required
• Safety equipment (gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection) provided
• Employees should bring basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers)

Ideal candidates have experience with assembly, automotive work, construction, mechanics, or other hands-on technical roles and enjoy working with tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.
