Overview The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Engage with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help customers make informed decisions. Help customers transition from initial contact to an in-store experience and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Drive customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service before and after purchase and assisting with the transition to the Service department when appropriate. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate transitions to the Service department as needed. Help customers select their vehicle, discuss terms to align with lifestyles and budgets, and assist in closing the deal.
