Overview

The Supplier Billing Clerk is responsible for the collection of supplier billing accounts as well as processing all chargeback paperwork (manual and automated) send to the supplier.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clarify problems or issues presented by suppliers to facilitate collections on their behalf
• Compile month-end billing of; backups and send to BSG for final processing
• Process month-end interfaces for all automated bill back
• Process supplier quantity and financial depletions
• Track monthly supplier bank recaps
• Process incentive payouts for payroll and bill back and track individual sales payouts
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
• Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) federal regulatory guidelines and organizational objectives
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables develop charts and complex formulas
• Prior accounting/collection experience

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or mobile device
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking bending reaching standing squatting and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 20lbs
