Boutique Inventory Coordinator | Flexible Hours

Summary We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of goods in and out of the Westfield UTC boutique. The role ensures accurate receiving, recording, storage, and shipping of merchandise to support a seamless client experience. The Inventory Specialist will work closely with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager and requires regular in-store presence. Responsibilities Process received stock and record inventory into the system Organize, maintain, and store merchandise according to brand standards Prepare and ship outbound shipments following established procedures Execute stock cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory Support boutique opening and closing and overall store operations Collaborate with boutique team members to uphold operational standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of related experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 lbs Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach Foreign language skills preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
