Are you energetic, reliable, and looking for meaningful part-time work that makes a difference? Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-9 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity. No soccer coaching experience? Our curriculum is designed by early childhood education specialists and soccer professionals to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child. What We're Looking For Reliable & Responsible Arrive on time and prepared for every session Effectively manage groups of 5-10 children Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership Energetic & Engaging Enjoy being active, enthusiastic, and encouraging Comfortable being silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children Create a fun and positive learning environment Professional Friendly, approachable, and dependable Represents Soccer Shots positively at all locations Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Experienced with Children Experience working with young children is preferred Soccer experience is helpful but not required Requirements Reliable transportation to locations throughout Southwest Chicagoland (New Lenox, Lockport, Frankfort, and surrounding areas) Daily access to a smartphone and internet Ability to pass a background check Ability to work weekday mornings and/or afternoons The Best Coaches in the Business Coaches receive ongoing support, evaluations, and professional development to ensure they are equipped to provide an exceptional experience for every child.
