Job Type: Full-Time

Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document responses; report adverse reactions per policy

• Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical and post-acute residents

• Monitor and manage specialized equipment; interpret and document electronic health data

• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions

• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, and IV therapy as needed

• Educate residents and families on treatments, procedures, and ongoing care plans

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Participate in discharge planning and coordination of care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
