FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Dr. Phillips is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside supportive therapists in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, and personalized treatment plans . We are committed to helping our clinicians grow through mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
