Job Title: Fulfillment Associate - 1st | $17.00/hr | Holland, MI

A well-established manufacturing company in Holland, MI is hiring multiple Fulfillment Associates for its 1st shift teams. If you're a hardworking, reliable individual with at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience , this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Highlights:

Pay: $17.00 per hour on 1st
Schedule:

1st Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
Type: Evaluation-to-hire (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Holland, Michigan

Job Responsibilities:

Perform fulfillment and packaging duties on a fast-paced production line
Consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
Maintain strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Follow safety guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:

6+ months of recent manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity
Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
