Travel RN - Med Surg

Days - 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Travel RN - Med Surg will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires effective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on a Med Surg unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current compact or AL RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
