Addus Family company is seeking an HH professional to provide compassionate in-home support to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. In this role, you’ll assist with personal care, daily living activities, and basic health monitoring to help clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document services, and communicate changes in condition to supervisors.
