Key Responsibilities Follow and execute the dealership sales process with professionalism and integrity Manage the complete customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery Prospect and develop new business opportunities Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle inventory and features to customers Maintain accurate daily inventory and sales activity reports Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and market share Work closely with sales leadership to achieve monthly goals and objectives Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales Stay informed on automotive products, market trends, financing options, and certifications Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and follow‑up activities Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required Prior sales training or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset Valid driver’s license required Compensation We offer a highly competitive compensation package based on experience and performance, with income potential comparable to leading Fortune 500 companies.
