Classic Toyota of Henderson is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Guest Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with a warm, professional greeting.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Assist with customer check-in and answer general questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
• Communicate with the service team to help provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with light administrative duties as needed.
• Support the service department in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
