Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients. Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more. Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs. Requirements For Counselors: Hold an active Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license and be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions. Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field. Have completed 60 semester hours of graduate education. Have completed 3,360 hours of post-master’s supervised experience over a minimum of 2 years. Have passed the NCMHCE examination. For Psychologists: Hold an active Massachusetts Psychologist license and be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists. Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program. Have completed 2 years of supervised experience and at least 1 year of post-doctoral supervised practice. Have passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and the Massachusetts jurisprudence examination. Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT). Proficiency in English and your local language. Preferred background: prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles. Flexibility: openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
