Greeter - Full Time

Upscale American contemporary cuisine. Fresh seafood, delicious steaks, and excellent service! We are looking for a full-time greeter with restaurant and/or hospitality experience to join our Bricktop's team! Our greeters are friendly and energetic, creating a positive first impression of Brick Top's standards. As the first and last person our guests see, our Greeter's play an important role in the guest's overall experience. They greet guests upon arrival, help manage reservations and wait times, escort guests to their tables, and work alongside our team to keep service running. Other duties include:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Manage the flow of guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
• Tend to special guest needs and requests
• Observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Must be able to communicate efficiently
• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
• Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)
