Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the office schedule
Maintain and organize files in accordance with office protocols
Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Assist with general office operations and communication
Help ensure the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
