CCTV Project Technician

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Security & Low Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced CCTV and networking systems. This role requires running low‑voltage cabling, bending conduit, reading blueprints, and configuring network equipment in commercial environments. Run low‑voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings. Install conduit and drill concrete walls as required for cable pathways. Complete all wiring, set up Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), and troubleshoot network switches. Conduct operational tests and troubleshoot new installations to guarantee functionality. Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local, state, and federal codes. Assist installation team leads and project managers with schedules and equipment delivery. Required Qualifications & Licenses Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license if applicable would be a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years). Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps, and closeout documentation. Certified (or willing to get certified in orientation class) to operate a boom or scissor lift and comfortable working at heights.
