District Medical Group (DMG) , a physician-led nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and the exclusive physician group serving Valleywise Health , is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join its growing surgical team in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice the full spectrum of urology in a modern academic environment with access to robotic surgery, dedicated operating room time, teaching opportunities, and a diverse patient population. Position Highlights

• Competitive base salary of $531,000$564,000

Practice Details

The incoming physician will join an established urology practice supported by advanced practice providers and a multidisciplinary team of specialists. The position offers a balanced clinical and surgical practice with access to modern facilities and advanced technology.

• Average clinic volume of 2025 patients per day
• In-office procedures available

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
