This position will be involved in payroll, invoices, scheduling and many other admin tasks. There will also be news writing involved. What You’ll Do: Manage payroll and invoices, office supplies, administrative assistance, records management, reception, and communication systems. Work closely with managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities align with their needs. Research, evaluate, and recommend purchases of office supplies and equipment to reduce costs while meeting the organization’s business requirements. Select and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure satisfactory service standards are maintained. Write, edit and produce news (text & audio) content. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: You will need exceptional organizational skills to properly do this job. Previous experience with Workday or similar software programs would be a plus, as would a background in general office administration. A desire to be involved in a fast paced newsroom environment is needed. Location: Phoenix, AZ: 4686 E.
