Senior Tax/Tax Manager (Mission)

Our client, a global professional services firm specializing in tax and advisory services, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager. In this role, you will be part of the Global Compliance & Reporting (Tax) team supporting corporate and multinational clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capability, advanced technical tax expertise, and exceptional client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate tax compliance and tax provision engagements for clients.
• Provide Canadian corporate tax services, including tax accounting, tax accrual reviews, and corporate income tax returns.
• Assist clients with income tax audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Identify and deliver tax planning opportunities and special tax engagements.
• Coach, develop, and support the growth of junior tax professionals while contributing to team objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a professional accounting designation.
• Completion or ongoing pursuit of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course or a Master of Tax degree.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in corporate tax, including senior-level responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
