Leading the engineering organization, the full-time remote Engineering Vice President will scale the team, ensure platform reliability and quality, and set architectural direction while partnering closely with product management. Key responsibilities Lead and scale the engineering organization to support company growth Own delivery, quality, and reliability of the platform, ensuring high uptime Drive security and compliance initiatives, including HIPAA standards Required qualifications 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS platform and team through rapid growth Strong architectural judgment with the ability to gain trust from senior engineers Demonstrated track record of building inclusive and high-accountability engineering cultures
