HOTWORX is a fitness studio that offers virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts 24 hours a day. We utilize "3D Training," which focuses on heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Our large variety of sauna workouts, including isometric and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions, provide multiple health benefits and amazing results. We strive to provide a safe, clean, and positive fitness environment for all guests and members.

Pay Range: $11-$13/hr (paid bi-monthly on the 1st & 15th)

Commission is paid once a month and is based on the previous month’s sales.

Shifts:

Mon-Thur 10:30am – 3pm & 3pm - 8pm

Friday 8:30am – 1pm & 1pm - 6pm

Saturday 10:30am – 2pm

Sundays Not Staffed

Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong customer service skills, and an interest in helping others feel and look their very best. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness.

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

• Meeting and exceeding monthly membership sales goals.

• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through marketing, sales, and onboarding new members.

• Superior customer service to engage and keep long term members.

• Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email. As well as talking with prospects at local businesses and events.

• Assist in creating new, engaging, and educational social media content.

• Keeping the studio a clean, safe, and positive environment for all members and guests.
