A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Physician to join their team in Brooklyn as their new Director of Adult Psychiatry, leading the adult ambulatory psychiatry division and ensuring clinical quality and operational excellence.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical oversight and ensuring high standards of care
• Establishing and monitoring clinical quality metrics
• Leading initiatives to improve care delivery models
• Ensuring management of high-risk populations
• Overseeing daily operations and optimizing workflows
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN required)
• Expertise in managing complex Psychiatric populations
• Strong understanding of Regulatory and Compliance frameworks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
