Description Medical Group Practices — Clerical/Administrative Support • Req #: 75247 Summary The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - PBH role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.
