BD Quality Engineering Development Program Associate

Program Overview BD’s Quality Rotational Program offers recent graduates a dynamic opportunity to launch their careers by rotating through three distinct areas of Quality over three years:New Product Development,Sustaining Engineering,Manufacturing Quality,Post‑Market Quality, orQuality Systems. Each rotation takes place at a different site across the United States, allowing associates to gain diverse experiences and build a strong BD network. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and cross‑functional teams, including Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs. Participate in design, development, or manufacturing of BD products. Contribute to meaningful, results‑driven projects that deliver real value across BD. Engage in networking events, career development sessions, and team‑building activities throughout the program. Support the transition into a full‑time position in one of BD’s Quality groups upon program completion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or a related major. Prior internship or co‑op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven technical aptitude and strong leadership potential. Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and achieve results. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organization and time‑management skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. No visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Location & Relocation Associate rotations occur at a new U.S. location each year. Potential rotation sites include:Tempe,AZ;Covington,GA;Warwick,RI;Canaan,CT;SanDiego,CA;FranklinLakes,NJ. Additional locations may be added annually.
