Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the clients' needs. \n Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs through comprehensive evaluations to establish effective treatment plans. \n Provide ongoing therapy while monitoring client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as required. \n Utilize secured electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. \n Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary teams, contributing your insights for comprehensive client care. \n Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance awareness of mental health services and decrease stigma. \n Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to advance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work closely with a diverse array of clients, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the varying needs of different client populations will be vital in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness. Qualifications\n \n Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in Washington State. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n A minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience in a mental health setting. \n Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. \n Solid understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based practices. \n Capability to navigate digital platforms and tools used in therapy and patient management. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience implementing teletherapy and understanding the nuances of providing mental health services in a virtual environment. \n Knowledge of community resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate external support systems. \n Background in treating specific populations such as children, teens, or those struggling with trauma would be advantageous. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
