Case Manager - RN

We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses for a full-time Case Manager role focused on patient advocacy and care planning. Key Responsibilities Include Developing individualized care plans to meet patients\' healthcare needs Utilizing clinical nursing experience to assess and coordinate patient services Providing professional growth opportunities within healthcare management Potential to specialize in Oncology, Chronic Conditions, or Behavioral Health, requiring relevant experience Qualifications And Skills Unrestricted RN license in the state or reciprocating licensure At least 2 years of experience in acute inpatient or specialty areas (e.g., ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Rehab) Excellent communication and computer skills (minimum 35 WPM) Successful completion of case management orientation Prior case management or insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory Key Duties And Benefits In-office role with an option for a hybrid work model after orientation No weekends, nights, or holidays required Competitive benefits, including 401K match and generous time off Minimal physical exertion with occasional onsite evaluations #J-18808-Ljbffr
