AI Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote, working EST hours

Duration: 1 year contract to hire

Role Overview

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. This individual will manage project plans, coordinate resources, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.

Lead cross-functional teams and drive project milestones to completion.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Communicate project status and updates to business and technical stakeholders.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Experience: Experience leading enterprise IT projects and initiatives. Strong project planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
