Pay Range Starting pay range per hour is $24.25 - $26.25. Full pay range is $24.25 - $41.25 depending on labor markets and other factors. All About Small Formats We ensure a consistent guest experience by keeping products stocked, priced, and displayed accurately on the sales floor. The Small Format team handles cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy. Leadership ensures exceptional guest service and efficient operations. Skills & Experience Provided Guest service fundamentals & building a guest-first culture. Retail business fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, pricing, and promotions. Planning workload and achieving sales goals. Process improvements and efficiency. Leading a team: interviewing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent. Typical Responsibilities Consistently deliver the guest experience commitments and provide an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience. Ensure team members are trained and accountable. Review metrics, take action to improve, and align the team on behaviors. Plan daily/weekly workloads, execute merchandising, pricing, promotions, and maintain stock levels. Manage incoming/outgoing product, ensure inventory accuracy, and meet store sales goals. Assign tasks, support pick/pack/ship, evaluate candidates for roles, participate in onboarding, and close skill gaps. Demonstrate inclusivity, ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Lead safety culture, security processes, merchandise protection, and store-level leadership on duty. All other duties as directed by business needs. What We Are Looking For Enjoy interacting and helping others. Comfortable in a fast-moving, highly active, physically demanding role. Flexible work schedule with variable hours, including nights, weekends, holidays. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience preferred. Lead and hold others accountable. Learn and adapt to technology. Work independently and as part of a team. Manage workload and prioritize tasks. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests. Effective communication skills. Stay composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks. Operate handheld scanners and equipment. Access all areas of the building and interpret reports. Accurate cash handling. Lift up to 15 pounds routinely, up to 44 pounds occasionally. Reliable attendance and mobile for the shift. Work in varying temperatures and humidity.
